On iPhone and iPad
- Get Patois from TestFlight, open it once and pick Deezer.
- In Settings › Apps › Safari › Extensions, turn on Patois and allow the websites it asks for.
- Tap a Spotify link. Safari passes it to Patois, and it opens in Deezer.
If a link opens in another app, or you'd rather not use Safari, long-press it and choose Share › Patois.
On a computer
- Chrome: add Patois from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to the toolbar. Click its icon, pick Deezer, then click Spotify links as usual.
- Mac: get Patois from TestFlight and open it once. In Safari › Settings › Extensions, turn on Patois and allow the websites it asks for.

How it finds the right song
Deezer can look music up by exact code: the recording code on a song (its ISRC) or the barcode on an album. Patois tries those first when it has them, because a code match can't pick the wrong version.
Without a code, it compares title, artist and length. If nothing is close enough, Deezer opens on a search for the song.
